Tell me all about the theme and colors of the event. Don’t forget to include NAMES and AGES if it is for a birthday. Be as detailed as possible. If inspo pics are not included in the request, I will need them no less than 7 days before pickup.

Would you like to add favor packaging? Required

This option is great if cookies will be used as favors or gifts. All cookies come individually wrapped and heat sealed along with an ingredient label (required by Florida’s Cottage Food Law).

If you'd like to add ribbon to your cookie packaging, what color(s) would you prefer? Optional

White, black, and gold are the most common and generally match most themes.

Policies and Disclaimers

**Payment Policy** Required

After reviewing this request, I will send out an invoice.
If the date of the event is 2 or more weeks away, a 50% deposit is due within 24 hours; the remaining balance is due 1 week before pickup.
If the event is less than 2 weeks away, the invoice must be paid in full within 24 hours.

**Pick-up Policy** Required

Pick-ups are scheduled Fridays between 12–2pm. Cookies are individually sealed and can stay fresh up to 4 weeks or can be frozen up to 6 months. Accommodations can be made if your event is earlier in the week or falls around a holiday.

I understand pick-up expectations. If the time frame does not work, I will let you know.

**Shipping Disclaimer** Required

I do my best to package these cookies for a rough ride, but broken cookies are a possibility and, unfortunately, a non-refundable risk you take when placing a shipped order. Also – I can’t guarantee that “rain, sleet, snow or hail, or ya know hurricanes” won’t delay your order. Refunds can’t be offered – but know that they’re on their way. Once tracking information is provided, your cookies are in the hands of UPS and claims for lost orders can be placed with UPS.

Custom Orders:
Custom cookie orders start at $80 per dozen. Final price will be determined after reviewing your design details.

Inspiration Pictures:
Please include or send any inspiration images — other cookies, invitations, party décor, Pinterest boards, etc.

Payment Policy:
You pay, I bake! Payment is required up front so I can source cutters, sprinkles, and packaging. Payment also reserves your pickup date.

No-Show Policy:
Not showing up to your agreed pickup time forfeits your order. Cookies are fresh and time-sensitive. If needed, please reach out 7 days before pickup to reschedule.

Refunds:
Refunds are available up to 24 hours after payment. After that time, supplies have likely been ordered and refunds cannot be provided.

Delivery Clause:
Delivery may be available within 15 miles for a $25 fee.

Pickup Dates & Times:
Pickup and delivery times are scheduled upon ordering. Bulk pickup dates accommodate most schedules — don’t forget to mark your calendar!

Inspiration Reference:
Thanks for the inspo pictures! They help guide the design, but cookies may not be exact replicas. Please send ideas at least 7 days before pickup; otherwise I may need creative freedom.

Covid Care:
If you’re exposed or ill, we can freeze your cookies for up to 2 weeks so you can rest and recover.

Rush Orders:
Orders requested with less than 7 days’ notice may require a $30 rush fee.

Price Adjustments:
Prices may change due to ingredient costs. I cannot honor old pricing.

Product Photography:
I may photograph your cookies for display unless you request otherwise.

Color & Size Disclaimer:
Colors may vary due to lighting, and cookie size may appear different in photos.

Order Minimums:
There is a 3 dozen minimum for custom orders. For smaller quantities, follow Instagram for popup shop announcements.

Ownership After Pickup:
Once cookies are picked up, care and handling are your responsibility. Keep them safe, cool, and away from hazards.

Shipping Policies

Ship Shape!
Cookies are packaged securely, but shipping always carries a risk of breakage. This is a non-refundable risk. Weather delays may occur. Refunds cannot be offered for shipping issues. Once tracking is provided, UPS handles any lost package claims.

Communication & Allergies

No Ghosting:
Please reply within 24 hours so I can finalize your order details. I will reply within 24 hours as well (usually covered in dough).

Allergy Notice:
While accommodations can sometimes be made, my kitchen is not allergen-free. Products may contain nuts, eggs, dairy, and gluten.

Cottage Food Laws:
This product was made in a home kitchen not subject to Florida’s food safety regulations.

Food Safety:
Consumption of any food carries inherent risks including choking hazards, illness, and allergic reactions.
